- Student/participants, who do not require lodging, pay a fee of 10 euros that includes food and participation in the meeting
- Students outside Banja Luka, who want hotel accommodation pay 20 euros per night which includes lodging, food and participation in the meeting.
- Students who want hostel accommodation pay 15 euros per night, including accommodation, food and participation in the meeting.

Due to hotel's limited capacity, the Palace Hotel and the "City smile" Hostel, the opportunity to choose the accommodation is left for the first registered participants.

Application deadline is November 1 2010th year.

The Palace Hotel (city center) currently offers 16 double bed rooms and three single rooms.

Hostel "City Smile" (located within 7-10 minute walking distance from the city center) offers one 8 bed dorm ensuite, one 5 bed dorm ensuite, one 4 bed dorm ensuite and one 3 bed dorm ensuite.
